He regularly travels throughout Sardinia meeting producers and sourcing the finest regional staples.

Delicious specialities such as saffron infused Pecorino cheese, Coppa and Pane Carasau sit alongside his range of gluten and lactose free salamis seasoned with fennel, myrtle leaves and sun dried chilli.
